“VEHICLE LIGHTING GLASS, VEHICLE, AND VEHICLE LIGHTING GLASS MANUFACTURING PROCESS” [0001] The present invention relates to vehicle glazing and especially light glazing for vehicles, especially light-emitting diode glazing and the process of manufacture of such vehicle glazing. [0002] An increasing number of vehicles use light-emitting diodes (LED in English or DEL in French). [0003] WO 2006128941 proposes, for example, a panoramic roof with homogeneous illumination on the surface by light emitting diode (s). This roof has a leaf structure that, as shown in Figure 8, is composed of an outer leaf that extracts light, a transparent central leaf that guides light and an internal leaf that diffuses light. The light source consists of a multiplicity of light-emitting diodes mounted on a lateral support fixed to the edge of the inner and outer leaves while a hole is drilled in the central leaf to house the diodes. [0004] The panoramic roof is fixed by gluing the peripheral edges of the outer sheet to the roof body. The diodes and the peripheral bonding zone are masked by the internal trim. [0005] The invention proposes to expand the range of luminous glazing available for vehicles. [0006] The present invention is actually aimed at a luminous vehicle window with an ecological and efficient light source (light emitting diodes, optical fiber (s) coupled to diodes, for example), suitable mainly to any ceiling configuration, and especially for ceilings mounted externally on the body roof, roofs that open or are fixed. [0007] For this purpose, the luminous vehicle glass must be durable, compact, robust, and at the same time simple, thus corresponding to the specifications imposed by vehicle manufacturers. [0008] The present invention also aims at a luminous vehicle glazing that meets industrial requirements (in terms of efficiency, therefore of Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 6/154 2/40 cost, pace, automation) thus making “low cost” production possible without sacrificing performance. [0009] The invention proposes for this purpose a luminous vehicle window comprising: - a first sheet of mineral or organic glass with a first main face and a second main face and a margin, - a peripheral light source with an emitting face, chosen from an optical fiber and light emitting diodes, each containing a semiconductor microchip on (at least) a profiled support of the diodes (the profiled set and the diodes are usually called a light bar). diodes), with the emitting side facing the margin (in contact or not in contact with the margin) called injection and to an edge of the second face called injection (in contact or not with the second face) for the propagation of visible injected light and / or ultraviolet called UV in the thickness of the first sheet, the first sheet then representing the injected light guide (the injection margin being partially partially excavated in its thickness, possibly even with a recessed part, with the profile mainly exceeding the injection margin or with the injection edge eventually being partially excavated or indenting), - to form at least one luminous zone: - means of extracting the guided light by means of the first and / or the second main face, which are means of surface diffusion of the first and / or the second main face and the means of volume diffusion in the first sheet, - and / or when the injected light consists (mainly) of UV, means of converting UV light into visible light by means of the first and / or the second main face, which are luminophores, mainly on the first and / or coming from the second main face (which is then the extraction face), an additional peripheral functional element (therefore distinct from the first leaf), connected to the first leaf, which is watertight to the fluid (s), mainly to liquid water or same steam, extending over the injection margin or the Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 7/154 3/40 injection edge, mainly a functional element that is selected from an overmoulding or a previously metallic element (metallic or polymeric, preferably chosen from an encapsulated, an extruded, a joint, glued mainly on the first sheet) functional element equipped with at least one cavity (blind or crossing the entire thickness), mainly with the lateral limit closed or eventually emptying, mainly on the second face, if it is the facial cavity) for the source disposition (inside the cavity or under it ) and to allow the injection of light at the injection edge or the injection margin, - an element covering the cavity and the fluid-tight source (s), especially water in liquid or vapor, which is chosen from: - a cover secured by means of fixation, - the functional element, - and / or a connecting piece (7 ') disposed (at least in part) in the cavity and connected to the functional element and / or connected to the first sheet (fixed, mainly on the first sheet and / or fixed to the functional element) , connection piece possibly attached to the first sheet (fixed mainly on the first sheet and / or attached to the functional element), - and / or the first sheet, especially of organic glass, - the lid having a general internal face oriented in the direction of the cavity, - the lid being associated with an interfacial element, to produce the interfacial tightness to fluid (s), mainly water in liquid or vapor, an interfacial element that is disposed between the lid and the functional element and / or the connecting piece underlying and / or the second face, - and / or (mainly) disposed between the cover (mainly on the inner face or on one side) and the functional element, between the cover and the connecting piece, - and / or (mainly) integrated with the lid (mainly the inner face or one side) and in contact with the functional element (foam glued to the lid or piece Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 8/154 4/40 functional, junction ...), or (mainly) integrated to the functional element in contact with the cover (mainly to the inner face), or - a fluid-tight sealing resin (s) covering the source (and the cavity) and sealing the additional functional element. [0010] Thus, the present invention proposes a durable luminous glazing, even when the glazing is not protected by the body, thanks to the simple and adapted sealing means suppressing the fluid diffusion paths (s). [0011] The solution according to the invention putting into practice a set of means to produce the tightness is preferred to a total “monolithic” encapsulation, mainly overmolding (encapsulated ...) or by a wrapping with glue, with adhesive, in which the light source (such as, for example, the LED bars) would be entirely encapsulated, a solution that would make the light source difficult to access without causing damage. Thus, a source that is not entirely overshadowed is preferable. [0012] Furthermore, total encapsulation is a delicate task and can damage the source, especially the LEDs (and / or its electronic circuit) already assembled, producing considerable costs with disposal, unless precautions are taken that would make the complex manufacturing. [0013] Likewise, the integration of the source, such as an LED strip, is difficult, if not impossible, in the case of an extrusion or a molded part, due to the risk of degradation of the light function. [0014] The covering element (sealing resin or waterproof cover associated with an interfacial tightness) is easy to be (re) positioned, removable (dismountable and / or detachable and replaceable at low cost) if necessary: - to change the light source (LEDs etc.) and / or its electronic control during repair or recycling or even - to meet new requirements for optical performance desired by the customer (change in color (s), power, frequency, control) or by new standards imposed, Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 9/154 5/40 - and / or to (re) add sources (LED and / or optical fiber) and / or electronic controls within a pane with cavity and such sealing means according to the invention. [0015] The invention thus facilitates the modularity of the lighting proposed on the pane (luminous pane or that may become it, color variation, intensity ...) - at the level of logistical management of production flows (assembly in advanced deposit and not by customer request). [0016] The invention reduces the impact of the integration of the source (LED etc.) on the choice of processes and materials and allows one not to be dependent on a realization technology, as it opens up a wide range of encapsulation or assembly solutions usable previews. [0017] On the other hand, the solution according to the invention is flexible, as the cap or resin can be placed in position regardless of the source (the LED strip or LED strips, for example) [0018] The invention makes it possible the manufacture of a luminous vehicle pane with a functional element, added to the pane in the usual way, mainly manufactured by usual techniques (extruded, molded ...) and the functional element can be modified appropriately (excavated) to accommodate the LEDs after assembly. [0019] The resin (and the cover in certain configurations) is not visible after being mounted on the vehicle body. [0020] On the other hand, the functional element associated with the covering element and the optional interfacial sealing element according to the invention are useful, especially for protection against moisture from the source, especially microchips, to prevent pollution of space coupling (for dirt, organic pollution, mold type ...) and preferably with cleaning products or a high pressure jet wash. This protection must be permanent. [0021] To qualify the seal to moisture in the long term, one can use the wet poultice test. The standard D 1165-H7, for example, used in the automobile, describes the H7 wet poultice test. Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 10/154 6/40 [0022] This test involves immersing the part to be tested in cotton soaked in demineralized water and confining the whole in an airtight bag, and then placing it in an oven at 70 ± 2 ° C for 7 days. Then the pieces are extracted, separated from the soaked cotton and placed at 20 ° C for 2 hours. The parts can finally be observed and tested mechanically or functionally to assess the effect of moisture on the system. This test corresponds to several years of natural aging in a humid and hot environment. [0023] A high pressure water jet cleaning test can also be used, such as the D25 5376 high pressure cleaner wash resistance test used in the car: pressure up to 100 bar (10000 kPa) with a nozzle distance / box up to 100 mm. [0024] The cover element - in relation to the injection edge it can be called essentially facial, that is, above and / or on the second face, an internal face, for example, essentially parallel to the second face or mismatched in relation to the second face, being, therefore, above at least the space of the radiation emitted before the injection, called the coupling space, - or it is lateral (with an internal face) in relation to the injection margin, mainly a side cover, facing the margin of a second leaf and / or an optional third leaf of the windowpane, being then a multiple windowpane mainly with a gas sheet (s) separating the sheet (s) or a side resin mainly within the chosen multiple glazing, mainly laminated. [0025] The peripheral functional element is connected to the first leaf. The functional element can be an encapsulated, an extruded, a previously assembled joint (seal), a molded, injected part ... [0026] The functional element is directly placed on the first sheet or indirectly, through a reinforcement, adhesion element, for example. [0027] The functional element can also be connected to the glass pane by any means: - direct adhesion of the material (molded ...) Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 11/154 7/40 - compression or insertion, - bonding type, etc. [0028] The functional element can be single-sided, that is, only: - arranged on the second face, with the cavity reaching the injection edge, - on the margin of the first leaf (with the cavity reaching up to and including the injection margin, and in the case of a laminated pane or a double or triple pane (especially in buses and rail cars, or even in aircraft) over all or part of the pane's margin. [0029] The functional element can be: - double-sided: on the second side with the cavity reaching the injection edge and on the margin or on the first face and on the margin with the cavity reaching up to and including the injection margin), - or three-sided: on the first side, on the margin of at least the first leaf (or pane) and on the second face of the first leaf. The functional element on the second face can serve to mask the source. [0030] The cavity in the functional element can be of any possible shape: elongated, oval, rectangular ... [0031] This cavity has a size adapted to accommodate the source in the cavity and / or to install the source in an area underlying the cavity, through a hole in the first sheet, for example. [0032] The width of the cavity can be between 5 and 200 mm and preferably between 10 and 40 mm. [0033] The length of the cavity can be between 10 and 1000 mm, preferably between 50 and 600 mm. [0034] The depth of the cavity is sufficient, for example, if it is from 1 mm to 100 mm, preferably from 12 to 20 mm (or less if it faces the margin). [0035] The luminous vehicle glazing comprises a functional, molded, polymeric element and, preferably, is arranged between the encapsulation and the glazing, being mainly made of mineral glass, a layer of Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 12/154 8/40 primary component, single component, two component or three component, based on polyurethane, polyester, poly (vinyl acetate), isocyanate, for example. [0036] As already noted, the functional element can consist of a polymeric encapsulation, especially with a thickness of 0.5 mm to several centimeters, obtained by overmoulding. [0037] In vehicle applications, the packaging material is generally black or colored (for aesthetic and / or masking purposes). The encapsulation can be made of polyurethane, mainly PU-RIM (reaction in mold). Other overmoulding materials are: - flexible thermoplastics: - thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), composed mainly of ethylene butadiene styrene SEBS / polypropylene (PP), TPU thermoplastic, PP / EPDM polypropylene. - poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC), ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer (EPDM), - rigid thermoplastics: - polycarbonate (PC), poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA66), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and its ABS-PC alloys, polystyrene (PS), copolymer acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA), [0038] The overmoulding material can be colored, have loads of glass fibers. [0039] The primary component layer, a single component, two components or three components, is based on polyurethane, polyester, poly (vinyl acetate, isocyanate, for example, ..., having, for example, a thickness of 5 to 50 pm, between the encapsulation and the pane, especially of mineral glass, as this layer favors adhesion to mineral glass. [0040] The functional element (overmolded) also brings a good aesthetic finish and allows other elements or functions to be integrated: - mold overmoulding, Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 13/154 9/40 - reinforced inserts and inserts for fixing the glazing, in particular for windows that open, - sealing profile of multiple ferrules (double, triple ...), which are compressed after assembly on the body, - adornment piece. [0041] The overmoulded functional element can have any shape, with or without ferrule. [0042] A pipe, also called closed cell sealing profile, can also be attached to the functional element over molded. [0043] Preferably, for a ceiling, a level encapsulation is produced, that is, close to one side of the window, preferably to the second face. [0044] The luminous pane of the vehicle may comprise a functional element which is a single-sided piece on the second face, mainly an overmoulding or a glued piece (joint, frame), a piece with a fixing bracket (X) of a vehicle element on the pane or the pane on a vehicle element, along at least one injection edge or at least two opposite edges of the pane. [0045] The functional element can be a polymeric junction, preferably of elastomer, especially of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) or EPDM, having a thickness of some mm (typically between 2 and 15 mm). [0046] The joint can receive an adhesive for its maintenance. The joint can be attached, preferably, simply by compression or by insertion or by pressure fitting (2 half-frames, for example). The joint can have one face, two faces, three faces. The joint can form a frame. The junction can have any shape: be in L, U ... The junction can be detachable at any time. It may contain one or more compressed ferrules after fixation. [0047] The functional element can be metallic or polymeric, made of polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA66), poly (butylene terephthalate) (PBT) ... containing or not glass fiber filler. Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 14/154 10/40 [0048] Advantageously, the glazing can contain several sources, mainly groups of diodes distributed over different profiles (therefore several diode bars), - the sealing resin being provided for each group of diodes, continuous or discontinuous resin, - a cover and an interfacial sealing element are provided for each group (bar) of diodes, the functional element comprising several cavities (all facial or all lateral, for example) to house the groups of diodes, - and / or at room temperature and the interfacial sealing element being common to several groups (bars) of diodes, housed in the same cavity. [0049] The functional element retains one or more standard features for the vehicle window. [0050] The functional element can optionally have specific dimensions (larger, for example) locally to size the cavity at will. [0051] The functionality (single or multiple) of the functional element can be one or more of the following: - pane frame (one face, two faces, three faces), mainly with a width on the first face of 3 to 100 mm, with a thickness of 10 to 40 mm, and / or - support piece for fastening or centering elements (ie for a good positioning of the pane on the vehicle body during the assembly of the pane in the manufacturer), - sealing piece against the fluid (s) (liquid water, steam, cleaning products ...) between the window pane and the vehicle body, limiting at least the passage of fluids between the window pane and the vehicle body, - opaque and / or masking part, and / or - piece (in points) of conservation of the mechanical elements ("holder" of the side panel ...). Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 15/154 11/40 [0052] It is preferable that the distance between the inner face of the cover and the first face is less than 10 mm. [0053] It is preferable that the distance between the inner face of the cover and the edge or the injection margin is less than 15 mm. The thickness of the lid can be less than 5 mm. [0054] On the other hand, the space of the radiation emitted before the injection, of the coupling space naturally varies according to the radiation diagram of the source, defined by a main direction of emission and an emission cone. [0055] A material for filling the transparent coupling space for the radiation (s) and which is adhesive or not, can be provided, especially: - a foam, a thermoplastic resin, - an adhesive material, such as glue, that drowns the microchips and fixes them to the pane, - a double-sided adhesive, glued to the microchips and the support on one adhesive side and glued to the glass by the other adhesive side. [0056] As adhesive materials (polymers etc.) that fulfill a short-term sealing function if necessary, we can quote: - UV crosslinkable glue, - a strip (acrylic, PU ..) with acrylic glue adhesive, - a clear glue, PU, silicone, acrylic, - a thermoplastic resin: polyvinyl butyral (PVB), ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) ... [0057] However, the invention allows the avoidance of the addition of an additional element as mentioned above (filler and / or adhesive material and / or sealing material) to perform the optical coupling between the LEDs (bare or previously encapsulated) ) and the pane. Such elements create an increase in costs and are liable to modify the color of the light. [0058] Thus, advantageously, the space of the radiation emitted before the injection, called the coupling space, is gaseous (one or more gases, air, for example) and / or the interfacial sealing element to the fluid (s) ( s) local, is willing Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 16/154 12/40 on the periphery of the inner face of the cap and on one side of the cap, forming the interfacial sealing element against the fluid (s), especially a cord. [0059] The sealing resin can be adapted to not diffuse in the coupling space, - material adapted to not run (addition of a fabric type matrix, adaptation of viscosity ...), PU, for example, mainly of a component that cross-links moisture, - underlying barrier that can be an additional element against the resin, the rear face of the support profile, for example, optionally supplemented by the profile fixing adhesive, - previously formed resin and peripheral bonding on the functional element ... [0060] The sealing resin may have a wire to cut (by traction) the resin. [0061] The diodes can be (previously) encapsulated, that is, comprising a semiconductor microchip and an epoxy or PMMA resin casing, for example, which encapsulates the microchip and whose functions are multiple: diffuser or focusing element, wavelength conversion. The enclosure is common or individual. [0062] The diodes may preferably be simple semiconductor microchips of the order of hundreds of pm or mm, for example. [0063] The diodes can optionally comprise a protective shell (temporary or not) to protect the microchip during handling or to improve compatibility between the microchip materials and other materials. [0064] The diode can be chosen mainly from at least one of the following light-emitting diodes: - a side emitting diode, that is, parallel to the electrical contacts (to their faces), with a side emitting side in relation to the support, - a diode whose main direction of emission is perpendicular or oblique in relation to the emitting face of the microchip. Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 17/154 13/40 [0065] The emission diagram for a source can be Lambertian. [0066] The glazing can thus integrate all the features known in the domain of glazing. Among the functionalities added on the pane we can mention: hydrophobic / oleophobic, hydrophilic / oleophilic layer, anti-dirt photocatalytic, stacking that reflects thermal radiation (solar control) or infrared (low emission), anti-reflection. [0067] The support profile can be arranged on the periphery of the edge (s) of the glazing: on the margin of the first leaf and / or on the lower face of the first leaf and / or on the upper face of the first leaf). [0068] The support profile may have a length (and / or width respectively) less than the length (width, respectively) of the coupling edge of the first sheet. [0069] The support profile can be a classic PCB or it can be metallic. The support profile can have a rectangular section. [0070] The total number of diodes, the power of the diodes is guided by the size and location of the zones to be illuminated, by the desired luminous intensity and by the necessary light homogeneity. [0071] The length of the support profile varies depending on the number of diodes and the extent of the surface to be illuminated. [0072] The LED support profile has a length of the order of 20 cm, for example. Preferably, the number of LED bars (profile + LED) is multiplied to cover the surface. [0073] To make the construction more compact and / or to simplify its design, the support profile may, in addition, have one or more of the following characteristics: - be thin, having a thickness mainly less than or equal to 1 mm, or even 0.1 mm, - have a metallic surface coating for electrical conduction. Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 18/154 14/40 [0074] Many support profiles of identical or similar diodes can be provided instead of a single support profile, especially if the areas to be illuminated are too far apart or to illuminate a large area. [0075] A support profile can be provided with a given reference size multiplied depending on the size of the window and the requirements. [0076] In order to obtain a more compact result and / or to increase the illumination area of the pane, the distance between the part of the microchips and the first sheet is preferably less than or equal to 5 mm and the distance between the microchips and the first sheet is preferably less than or equal to 2 mm. [0077] The fixation of the source to the window is carried out outside the coupling space, especially outside the injection margin or the injection edge and for the diodes by fixing the support profile, mainly by gluing or double-sided adhesive or by press fit (in the case of an essentially facial cover) on one of the faces of the first leaf, mainly of the second face or on one of the faces of a second of the associated leaf and facing the first leaf and which exceeds the injection margin for this fixing or interleaved sheet of laminate or on the inner face of the cover or on the functional element, mainly on a step for placing the support profile. [0078] As "permanent" means of fixing the cover, a glue, a weld or a stamping can be chosen, depending on the type of the piece. [0079] As "permanent" interfacial sealing means, a glue, a weld can be chosen, and can also consist of the fixing means. [0080] However, to facilitate disassembly or replacement of the lid, the interfacial sealing element, preferably on the periphery of the lid, is a reversible glue that forms part of the fixing means of the lid, therefore reversible or constituting the same, preferably a strip of glue disposed in a strip, mainly between the inner face of the lid and the functional element. Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 19/154 15/40 [0081] As a reversible glue, we can mention epoxy adhesives, mainly of two components, such as, for example, the products of the ElectRelease TM series from EIC Laboratories. [0082] Alternatively or cumulatively, to facilitate disassembly and reassembly, the interfacial sealing element, preferably on the periphery of the lid, is a compressed material, the sealing by compression of the material being carried out by closing the lid fixing means , the interfacial sealing element being chosen mainly from: - a polymeric joint of TPE, for example, of EPDM, mainly a toric joint, with sealing ferrule (s), the joint being mainly arranged in a groove in the cover or in a groove in the functional element or in the connection piece or in the second face, - a sealing profile on the functional element, chosen polymeric, ferrule (s), for example, of encapsulated or previously assembled junction specially manufactured (s) of EPDM, on the inner face or on one side of the polymeric cover; or a sealing profile on the connecting piece, - an optionally glued foam (in the cover or in the connection piece or in the functional connection element or on the second face) mainly acrylic foam, PU, rubber (EPDM ..), thermoplastic elastomers, of TPE, of polyester, mainly of elastomeric polyester of a single component, such as the product Dynafoam marketed by Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics. [0083] The use of sealing adhesive can therefore be dispensed with. [0084] In a first advantageous mode, preferably in relation to compression tightness, the fixing means are reversible, the fixing means being chosen from among: - means of fitting by pressure, in points (spurs ...) or in extension (that is, extending over the entire length of the lid), practiced on the lid (inner face), preferably forming an integral part of the cover (preferably in the tightness zone defined by the interfacial sealing element), and being mainly welded for the pressure fitting in one or more zones of Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 20/154 16/40 accommodating (72) the functional element and / or the connecting piece and / or the first mainly organic leaf; - press-fit means, of the hook type, forming an integral part of the cover, preferably outside the sealing area and being mainly accommodated in one or more zones for housing the functional element and / or the connecting part and / or the primarily organic first leaf; - fastening means (such as screw, pin) that protrude from the inner face (housed, for example, in the perforations of the cover or as an integral part of the face cover, optionally through blind holes), preferably in the tightness zone mainly between the interfacial sealing element and the cavity edge, being especially welcomed in one or more of the reception zones of the functional element and / or the connecting piece and / or the first mainly organic sheet. [0085] The mainly polymeric material of the functional element (overmoulding, additional part ...) may not meet the pressure fitting requirements: too flexible, etc. [0086] Thus, the connecting piece is useful and preferably forms a hollowed-out piece on one side, with the boundary closed like a frame (in contact or not with the cavity). [0087] In a third advantageous and simple realization, preferably in connection with the compression seal, the first sheet is mainly organic glass, mainly in PC, with a blind hole in its thickness, on the second face (prolonging the underlying cavity) a setback, for example, to accommodate the source facing the injection edge. [0088] In an organic sheet, mainly of plastic, grooves and a peripheral cavity can be more easily practiced than in a sheet of glass (mineral), mainly in tempered glass. [0089] In a preferred embodiment, the hole is drilled across the periphery of the second face and the cover forms a frame mainly integrating the fixing means (by screwing or snapping, etc.). Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 21/154 17/40 [0090] The pane comprises an element masking element and any parasitic light (mainly on the face opposite the extraction face, close to the injection zone) and / or masking the fixation of the pane to the vehicle body the second face, the masking element being: - a part of the functional element, mainly a polymeric encapsulation (sufficiently opaque, black), - and / or a sufficiently opaque enamel on the periphery of the second face and / or on the first face or a face of an added foil film facing the first, especially when the functional element has one face or two faces, - and / or a reflecting surface (layer ...) on the periphery of the second face and / or on the first face or an added face facing the first face, - and / or the first sheet is organic, of two materials, transparent and opaque, specially made of polycarbonate, - the opaque area of the first leaf on the periphery of the second face and / or on the first face forms a masking of the source and of possible parasitic light (in the vicinity of the injection), and / or forms a masking of the fixation of the pane to the body of the second side. [0091] The cover (mainly a part with a generally flat shape) consists of an ornament (mainly the color of the vehicle's body) or the cover element is masked after the glazing is fixed to the body, the cover, for example, on the along an edge or forming a frame. [0092] The cover can also comprise means of preserving the profile and / or a blind cavity for the passage of the connections along a housing within the functional element and / or means of positioning the diode support profile (grooves, stops locations, for example ..., pins), [0093] The cover can also comprise: - the eventual integration of the wires and electrical connections (from one bar of diodes to the other, for example), prior to the integration of the diodes (overmolding of the wires or provision of gloves on the module ...), Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 22/154 18/40 - facilitating the output of the wires in relation to the main power connectors (which may be the battery, a photovoltaic source ..) at the level of the coverage area by means of an integrated plug pin. [0094] In addition, from a cavity of predetermined size and a cover supporting the source, the invention allows a good positioning of the diode in relation to the light injection zone. [0095] It is preferable that the transmission factor of the first leaf around the radiation peak of the microchips (perpendicular to the main faces) is greater than or equal to 50%, being even more preferred that it is greater than or equal to 70%, and even greater than or equal to 80%. [0096] The pane can have a protective layer (a leaf, a film, a deposit ...) on one of the two faces, the first or the second, or that extends over this face. This layer can have a dual function: - light diffusion (flexible film in PU, PE, silicone, for example, optionally glued by acrylic), - radiation protection (IR, UV: solar control, low emissivity ..., - against scratches, - aesthetics (colorful, with motifs etc.). [0097] For example, the edge or coupling edges of the first sheet may be provided with rounded edges. More specifically in the case where the space of radiation emitted is air, it is possible to take advantage of the refraction at the level of the air / first sheet of appropriate geometry (rounded edge, or even chamfered ...) thus allowing the rays to focus inside the first sheet. [0098] The glass may have optionally undergone a previous heat treatment of the type of hardening, annealing, tempering, bulging. [0099] The glazing is simple, being the first sheet of mineral or organic glass, mainly made of PC, PMMA, PU, ionomeric resin, polyolefin, optionally made of two materials. [0100] The glazing can be formed of laminated material (several sheets), being formed: Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 23/154 19/40 - by a first transparent, mineral (floated, etc.) or organic (PC, PMMA, PU, ionomeric resin, polyolefin), thick or thin sheet, - by an interleaved sheet of the laminated pane, of the given laminated material; - by a second sheet (opaque or not, transparent, colored, or of mineral or organic glass having different functions: solar control ...). [0101] As the usual layered glazing material, the flexible PU used, a thermoplastic without plasticizer such as ethylene / vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer, polyvinyl butyral (PVB), can be mentioned. These plastics have, for example, a thickness between 0.2 mm and 1.1 mm, especially 0.38 and 0.76 mm. [0102] It can be mainly chosen as first sheet / interleaved sheet / second sheet: - mineral glass / interleaved material / mineral glass, - mineral glass / interlayered material / polycarbonate, - polycarbonate (thick or not) / interlayered material / mineral glass. [0103] In the present description, in the absence of precision, glass is understood as mineral glass. [0104] The edge of the first sheet (edges with cavities before tempering) can be cut from a single or sheet pane or through a double pane to accommodate the diodes between the sheets. [0105] The first and / or second leaves can have any shape (rectangular, square, round, oval, ...) and be flat or curved. [0106] The first sheet may preferably be sodocalcic glass, such as, for example, PLANILUX glass by SAINT GOBAIN GLASS. [0107] The second sheet can be colored, of VENUS glass from SAINT GOBAIN GLASS, for example. [0108] The laminated pane comprises a second sheet, mainly of mineral or organic glass and is laminated by a laminated interlayer material to the first sheet, and preferably, - the margin of the first leaf comprises a marginal cavity that crosses the thickness in which the source is housed, or the second leaf Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 24/154 20/40 goes beyond the injection edge of the first sheet, creating a lateral indentation of the window, - receiving the marginal cavity or the lateral indentation at the bottom (at least) of the cavity of the functional element. [0109] The glazing may be a multiple insulating, vacuum glazing, mainly of double or triple glass formed: - by a first transparent sheet, mineral (floated, etc.) or organic (PC, PMMA, PU, ionomeric resin, polyolefin), thick or thin, - by a second sheet spaced by a gas layer (air or inert gas) (opaque or transparent, colored, made of mineral or organic glass with different functions: solar control ...). - by an optional third sheet spaced by a gas layer (air or inert gas) (opaque or transparent, colored, mineral glass, or organic, with different features: solar control ...). [0110] The glazing is a multiple glazing, mainly a laminated glazing, a vacuum or insulating double glazing or a triple glazing, having an essentially lateral cavity, the lid or resin essentially lateral, the first sheet being an external or central sheet of the triple glazing. [0111] For the extraction of light, diffusion means are used, either formed by a superficial treatment of the sandblasted glass sheet, acid attack, enamel deposit or diffusing resin, or by a treatment in the glass mass of the type of laser engraving. [0112] The diffuser layer can be composed of elements that contain particles and a binder, allowing the binder to agglomerate the particles together. The particles can be metallic or metal oxides, the particle size can be between 50 nm and 1 pm, preferably the binder can be mineral to have a heat resistance. [0113] In a preferred embodiment, the diffuser layer consists of particles agglomerated in a binder, the particles having an average diameter that is comprised between 0.3 and 2 microns, the binder being present in a Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 25/154 21/40 proportion between 10 and 40% by volume and forming aggregate particles whose size is between 0.5 and 5 microns. This preferred diffuser layer is specifically described in patent application WO 01908787 [0114] The particles can be chosen from semitransparent particles and, preferably, mineral particles such as oxides, nitrides, carbides. The particles are preferably chosen from oxides of silicon, alumina, zirconium, cerium titanium or a mixture of at least two of these oxides. [0115] A diffusing mineral layer of approximately 10 pm is chosen, for example. [0116] In order to obtain a more compact construction and / or to reduce or increase the illumination area of the window, the distance from the emitting face and the first leaf can be less than 2 mm. Small volume diodes, microchips without a lens and / or without prior encapsulation can be used, for example, mainly those with a width of 1 mm, a length of the order of 2.8 mm, and a height of the order of 1 , 5 mm. [0117] The luminous zone or the luminous zones (especially peripheral along an edge of the pane or opposite or adjacent edges, in band (s), framing the pane) form an internal ambient lighting, an internal reading light by a side panel, ceiling ...), a luminous display of internal and / or external signaling. [0118] The luminous zone or luminous zones are especially peripheral, framing the glass pane (s). [0119] The extraction / conversion of radiation (in addition to the type and / or position and / or the number of diodes) are set to: - ambient lighting, reading, visible mainly inside the vehicle, - a light signal mainly visible on the outside: - - by activating the remote control: detecting the vehicle in a parking lot or in another location, door (un) locking indicator or - - safety signs, such as, for example, taillight off, Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 26/154 22/40 - an essentially homogeneous lighting throughout the extraction surface (one or more extraction zones, common or distinct function). [0120] The light can be: - continuous and / or intermittent, - monochrome and / or polychromatic. [0121] Visible inside the vehicle, it can also have a night lighting function or a display of information of any nature, such as drawing, logo, alphanumeric signage or other signs. [0122] As a decorative motif, a peripheral light frame can be formed, for example, with one or more luminous bands. [0123] A single extraction face can be performed (inside the vehicle, preferably). [0124] The insertion of diodes in the panes allows the following other signaling features: - the display of signaling indicator lights intended for the driver of the vehicle or passengers (example: engine temperature alarm indicator on the car windshield, start-up indicator for the electric defrost system, the panels ...) , - the display of signaling indicator lights intended for people outside the vehicle (example: indicator for starting the vehicle alarm in the side windows), - luminous display on the vehicle's glass panes (for example, the luminous display of flasher on rescue vehicles, the safety display with low electricity consumption, indicating the presence of a vehicle in danger). [0125] The pane can comprise a control signal receiving diode, mainly in the infrared, to control the diodes remotely. [0126] The glazing is intended to fit any vehicle: - side glazing of a land vehicle, mainly a car, a utility vehicle, a truck, a train, mainly with the functional element that is a part of preserving a system for raising glass or with the adornment cover, Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 27/154 23/40 - movable or fixed roof of a land vehicle, mainly automobile, utility vehicle, truck, train, with an optionally curved first leaf, mainly in laminated glass - windshield of a land vehicle, especially a car, utility vehicle, truck, train, especially with the light zone or zones (forming a HUD signal, for example) within or close to the enamel frame, rear bezel mainly inside or close to the enamel frame, - window, windshield of an aerial vehicle, - window panels, roof, of a water vehicle, boat, submarine, - double or triple glazing on a train, a bus. [0127] Naturally, the invention also refers to a vehicle that incorporates the glazing already defined above. [0128] The invention finally aims at a process of manufacturing luminous glazing for vehicles, comprising the following steps: - the provision of the first sheet, its disposal in a mold, - the formation of the functional element by overmoulding by injection of a polymeric encapsulation material, and in such a way as to further form the cavity, mainly by means of a filling material (foam ... easy to remove material), from an inserted part lost, from a moving mold part, - the assembly of the source facing the injection edge or the injection margin, inside the cavity or under it, - the covering of the cavity by the covering element and its fixation. [0129] A mounting solution is also proposed after encapsulating the source, mainly of the diodes with the advantages already mentioned above (limitation of disposal, source of easier access and / or added ...). [0130] The invention, finally, has as objective a second process of manufacture of the luminous glazing for vehicle that comprises the following steps: - the provision of the first transparent sheet, Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 28/154 24/40 - the assembly of the functional element added with the cavity, mainly a polymeric joint or a metallic part and the assembly of the optional connecting part, - the assembly of a diode support profile on the first sheet and through the cavity, - the cover of the cavity by the cover element and its fixation. [0131] These manufacturing processes according to the invention are compatible with the industrial processes of vehicle glazing. [0132] Further details and advantageous features of the invention appear with the reading of the examples of glazing according to the invention illustrated by the figures below: Figures 1, 11b, 11c, 12 to 16, 16b, 17, 17b, 18, 19, 19b, 20 to 22, 22b, 22c, 24, 26, 28 to 32 represent partial schematic views in cross section of the luminous panes for vehicle in the different modalities of the invention, Figures 2 to 5 represent partial schematic views of the upper part of the manufacturing process of the luminous window pane for the vehicle of the invention of Figure 1, Figures 6, 6b, 6c represent schematic cross-sectional views of an automobile roof with a luminous vehicle window of Figure 1. Figure 25 represents a schematic view of the face of the vehicle light pane in the embodiment of the invention of Figure 24. Figure 27 represents a partial schematic side elevation view of the vehicle light pane in the embodiment of the invention of Figure 26. Figures 28b and 29b represent schematic elevation views of the luminous vehicle panes of Figures 28 and 29. Figure 32b represents a partial schematic view taken from the top of the vehicle glazing in the embodiment of the invention of Figure 32. [0133] It should be noted that for the sake of clarity the different elements of the represented objects are not necessarily reproduced in scale. [0134] In addition, in the figures, light rays do not necessarily strictly follow the laws of optics. [0135] Figure 1 represents a partial schematic sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 100 in a first embodiment of the invention. [0136] This pane 100 comprises a laminated pane comprising: - a first transparent sheet 1, rectangular, for example, having a first main face 11 and a second main face 12, and a margin 10, a sheet of silico-soda-lime glass, for example, having a thickness equal to 2, 1 mm, - a second sheet of glass 1 ', optionally for a solar control function, colored (glass VENUS VG 10, for example, from Saint-Gobain) Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 30/154 26/40 and / or covered with a solar control coating, having a thickness equal to 2.1 mm. [0137] The second sheet of glass is laminated 1 'by a laminated interlayer 8, a 0.76 mm thick PVB 8, for example. [0138] Two light-emitting diode support profiles 3 extend in the longitudinal direction, for example, and are attached to the periphery of the second face 12 of the first sheet of iron 1 by a glue 6 or a double-sided adhesive. [0139] Each support profile 3 is monolithic, thin, having a thickness equal to 0.6 mm (maximum 5 mm, preferably) with a width of 7 mm and a length of 20 cm. It can have a rectangular section, being metallic or in classic PCB. The length of support of the profile on the second face 12 can typically be less than 7 mm. [0140] In a variant a diode support profile has an L, U, J section ... [0141] Each of the light-emitting diodes contains a microchip emitter 2, capable of emitting one or more radiation within the visible light guided (s) on the first sheet 1. The diodes are small in size, typically a few millimeters or less, being mainly of the order of 2 x 2 x 1 mm, without an optical element (lens) and preferably not previously encapsulated to reduce the volume as much as possible. [0142] In the illustrated configuration, the sending face is lateral (parallel to profile 3). The distance between the lateral emitting face and the margin is reduced as much as possible, for example, 5 mm. The distance between the lateral emitting face and the margin is 1 to 2 mm. The main direction of emission is perpendicular to the face of the semiconductor microchip, having an active layer of multiple quantum wells, for example, of AlInGaP technology or other semiconductors. The cone of light is a Lambertian type cone, of ± 60 °. [0143] The extraction of the light 12 'can be done by means of the second face 12 which is, for example, the interior face in the vehicle, mainly in the case of a roof. Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 31/154 27/40 [0144] In a variant, UV LEDs are chosen, mainly in UVA light to excite the luminophores on face 12, for example. [0145] Extraction 12 'is carried out by any means of diffusion on the surface of the second face 12: sandblasting, acid attack, diffusing layer, silkscreen or in a laser engraving variant on the first sheet 1. [0146] For a given group of diodes, a space for the radiation emitted between each diode (microchip) and the margin of the first sheet is defined, called the optical coupling space, which is preferably a medium that is gaseous, typically air, devoid of glue. [0147] Each microchip and the space of the emitted radiation must be protected against any pollution: water, chemistry etc., and this in the long term with during the manufacture of the 100 pane. [0148] Now, in a known way it is useful to provide the glazing with a polymeric overmoulding 7, having a thickness, for example, of approximately 2.5 mm, on the edge of the glazing, and preferably on the entire edge of the glazing (in this case laminated) and at least the second face 12. [0149] For a level type enclosure, specifically for ceilings, it is preferable to leave face 14 of the second glass 1 'free. The encapsulation 7 in this case is called two faces. [0150] To mask the source, or to suppress the parasitic light coming out from the top 1 ', a peripheral masking element 15 on the face 13, an opaque enamel (black ...), for example, can be used , and / or a reflector (silver deposit, etc.). [0151] This peripheral masking element 15 can also serve to mask the attachment to the body. [0152] The profile can also be fixed on face 13, being able to mainly mask the source). [0153] In a variant, the package 7 is then called three faces and the masking element 15 can be optionally removed. Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 32/154 28/40 [0154] Overmolding 7 classically serves as a good aesthetic finish and / or allows other elements or functions (reinforced inserts ...) to be integrated. Overmoulding 7, for example, has a sealing ring between the window and the vehicle (not shown in Figure 1, as shown in Figure 6). [0155] Overmolding 7 is manufactured, for example, from black polyurethane, mainly from PU-RIM (Reaction in Mold). [0156] Overmolding 7 according to the invention has two oval cavities 70, for example, as shown in Figure 2. Each of the cavities 70 houses a diode bar (the diodes on the support profile 3) as shown in Figure 3. [0157] Overmolding 7 participates in the protection of the diodes, therefore in the long-term tightness to the fluid (s) (liquid water, cleaning product up to water vapor ...) while preserving their original functionality . [0158] In order to limit the overmoulding width against the edge of the pane to a maximum, to a width of less than 10 mm, for example, the first sheet 1 also has a marginal or edge cavity, thus opening the marginal cavity in the limit of the longitudinal edges of the sheet (injection edge) and with a small cutout radius to have a long positioning zone inside the cavity, as shown in dotted lines in Figures 2 to 5. This edge cavity accommodates the lower parts of the two overmould cavities 70. [0159] In a variant with a previously mounted joint replacing the overmoulding, this cavity also serves to have the largest possible panel illumination. [0160] To complete the fluid tightness of each diode rod, it is also used: - a lid 4 covering the diodes extending along a limit of the second face 12, exceeding the injection margin 10; the cover with a general face called internal facing the first sheet, Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 33/154 29/40 - an interfacial element 5 for interfacial tightness to the fluid (s) disposed between the inner face of the lid and the upper face (outer free face) of the functional element 7 in the vicinity of the cavity 70, an interfacial element consisting of a junction of EPDM sealing, in the form of a cord with a width of 5 mm inside a groove on the inner face of the cover (according to the detail view of Figure 1). [0161] The cover 4 is a plastic piece of general flat shape, having a rectangular outline (with the optionally rounded edges) as shown in Figure 4 or Figure 7. [0162] The cover is parallel to the first sheet. [0163] As shown in Figures 7 and 8, the cover 4 is attached to the functional element 7, by means of reversible fastening means, such as, for example, two screws 81 that pass through the cover and go beyond the inner face. [0164] These screws are accommodated in local recesses of the functional element (7), namely, threaded holes 71, and preferably between the cord of the junction and the edge of the cavity. [0165] The interfacial sealing element 5 is a compressed material, the compression sealing of the material being carried out by an effort to close the cover fixing means 81. [0166] The cover 4 is thus easy to be disassembled for the insertion of the diodes or to exchange them. [0167] In a first variant of the cap, shown in Figures 9 and 9b, the means for fixing the cap are two snap-fit means 82 welded in two against local recesses 72 of the functional element 7, preferably between the junction cord 5 and the edge of the cavity. [0168] In a second cover variant (alternative or cumulative of the first) shown in Figures 10 and 10b, the support profile 3 of diodes 2 is secured by the cover 4 by means of hooks 50 ', for example. Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 34/154 30/40 [0169] The cover design thus allows the integration of the diode bar and also allows the focusing of the bar, that is, the good positioning of the bar in relation to the injection margin. [0170] The cover can also contain surfaces or stops to produce the reference inside the overmoulding housing [0171] In addition, the cover is provided with a blind or perforating cavity 50 (which is made watertight by foam or by a sealing joint. ..) to let connections go. [0172] In a third cover variant (alternative to the second variant) shown in Figure 1, the inner face is provided with a precise positioning means, therefore with t60 alignment of the diode support profile 3, in the form of an impeller 60 (concave in the direction of the opposite of leaf 1) that rests on the external face of profile 3. [0173] The design of the cover 4 therefore includes an element l60 that allows an effort to be exerted on the diode bar previously fixed on the sheet. [0174] You can choose white or colored light-emitting diodes for ambient, reading lighting. [0175] It may of course be possible to provide several bars on different edges and / or with different functions (adapted choice of power, light emitted, position and extension of the extraction zones). [0176] The extraction, a diffusing layer 12 ', for example, can form ambient lighting. [0177] The pane 100 can form, for example, a fixed panoramic roof of a land vehicle or in a variant of a boat ... [0178] The roof is mounted from the outside as shown in Figure 6, on the body 90 by means of an adeisvo 91. It is preferable that the functional element 7 then has a sealing ferrule. [0179] In a first variant shown in Figure 6b and Figure 6ter, the encapsulation of the pane 100 has been modified as follows: - the ferrule has been deleted. Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 35/154 31/40 - an EPDM 92 pipe has been added against the package 7, that is, a closed cell sealing profile or a multiple ferrule sealing profile, the profile being crushed after being fitted to the vehicle, - insert parts for fixing the window pane 93 for opening. [0180] The first sheet 1 (the second side) is on the inside of the vehicle. The extraction is preferably done by the face 12. [0181] As shown in Figure 5, the creation of cavity (s) 70 and the integration of the diode bars to cover 4 is compatible with the use of such inserted parts 93. [0182] Figure 11b represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 100 'in a variant of the first embodiment of the invention shown in Figure 1. [0183] The pane 100 'differs from the pane 100 in that the injection margin is replaced by an injection edge, with a cavity 70, therefore a bar 3 of diodes 2, a cap 4 (essentially or integrally) above the second face. Overmoulding has three faces. [0184] Figure 11ter represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane of the vehicle 100 '' in a variant of the first embodiment of the invention. [0185] The pane 100 '' differs from the pane 100 'by the presence of 50' 'stops for positioning the diodes and the impeller already described in Figure 11. [0186] Figure 12 represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 200 in a second embodiment of the invention. [0187] The luminous vehicle pane 200 differs from the pane 100 by the position and type of interfacial sealing element. [0188] Actually, it is a gasket 51, in elastomeric rubber or TPE inside a groove 41 on the outside of cover 4 Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 36/154 32/40 (see detail view) and in contact with the edge of the cavity of the functional element 7. [0189] The edges of the inner face are simply supported on the functional element 7. [0190] Figure 13 represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of the luminous pane for vehicle 300 in a third embodiment of the invention with a cover to be fixed or already fixed (see detail view). [0191] The luminous vehicle pane 300 differs from the pane 100 by the type of interfacial sealing element. [0192] Actually, it is a sealing profile 52 on the functional element 7 in the vicinity of the housing cavity of diode 70, in a trench, for example, a functional element then chosen preferably made of TPE or elastomeric rubber. [0193] The profile is obtained from a machining of the mold (allowing a simplification of the design of the cover or more widely of the tools that serve to manufacture the functional element.) [0194] During the placement in its position of the cover 4, the closing effort (screwing, pressure closing, or bonding ...) produces a compression of the sealing profile (see the detail view). [0195] Figure 14 represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 400 in a fourth embodiment of the invention. Figure 14b represents a partial schematic view of the top of the connecting piece 7 'used in the fourth embodiment of Figure 14. Figures 14ter and 14quater represent a partial schematic view of the top of the lid 4 and a cross-sectional view respectively. cover 4 as shown in Figure 14. [0196] Only the differences of pane 100 will be shown. [0197] The cover 4, fixed indirectly to the functional element 7, is fixed on a connecting piece 7 'in the form of a frame placed on the first sheet and on the outer face of the overmoulding 7, oval, for example, housed (mainly ) Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 37/154 33/40 inside the cavity 70 and frame with a part in the overmoulding (the openings 73 'being filled by the overmoulding). [0198] The interfacial seal junction 5 is arranged between the inner face of the cover and the outer free face of the connection piece 7 'made of material PP, PA66, PBT. [0199] The reversible fixing means of the lid are means of snap-on, in points, for example, and arranged on the inner face of the lid, four spurs, for example, of pressure closure 83, forming an integral part of the lid ( according to Figure 14quater). The inner face of the cover therefore has zones 43 without spurs. [0200] The pressure fitting means 83 are fixed on the inside of the connection piece 7 ', (according to Figure 14b) or in a variant on the outside. [0201] In a variant, the connection piece is glued to the first sheet (and / or overmoulding). [0202] Figure 15 represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 110 in a variant of the first embodiment of the invention shown in Figure 1. [0203] The glazing 110 differs from the glazing 100 in that there is no marginal cavity in the first sheet (the sheets 1 and 1 'being arranged edge to edge), eventually implying in a greater lateral encapsulation width. [0204] The cavity 70 in this case is blind in thickness (the bottom formed by the encapsulation and not by the face 13 of the second sheet 1 '). [0205] Figure 16 represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 120 in a variant of the first embodiment of the invention shown in Figure 1. [0206] The pane 120 differs from the pane 100 by the type of diodes 2 ', by the position and by the fixation of the support profile 3. [0207] In fact, in this case, diodes 2 'are of normal main emission of the profile (emitting face 21 normal). [0208] Profile 3 is parallel to the injection margin 10 and fixed in the housing 40 'provided on the inner face of the cover. Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 38/154 34/40 [0209] The glazing 110 also differs from the glazing 100 in the absence of a marginal cavity in the first sheet (sheets 1 and 1 'edge turned to edge), optionally implying a greater lateral encapsulation width. [0210] Figure 16b represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous vehicle pane 130 in a variant of the first embodiment of the invention shown in Figure 1. [0211] The pane 130 differs from the pane 100 by the use of an optical fiber 20 with a side emitting face 21 'of fiber placed (compressed) by a support profile 3' ', for example, on the face 13. The primary source of light can be a diode (not shown) also found inside cavity 70. [0212] 3M optical fiber called 3M TM Precision Lighting Elements, for example, is used. [0213] Figure 17 represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 500 in a fifth embodiment of the invention. [0214] In the pane 500, the cover and the interfacial sealing element of the pane 100 are replaced by a resin 4 'comprising a detaching device by a wire 8'. [0215] Figure 17b represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 600 in a sixth embodiment of the invention. [0216] Pane 600 differs from pane 100 'of Figure 11 b due to the fact that the overmoulding is single-sided, comprises overmolded mounting brackets X of a vehicle element (sun visor ...) on the pane and if it preferably extends along the two edges of the pane (without forming a frame) as shown in Figure 17ter. [0217] Glue 91 to the body is peripheral on the overmoulding and closer to the limit than cavity 70. [0218] The 6 00 window is a convertible car roof, for example. Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 39/154 35/40 [0219] In a variant of overmoulding, a metal part (frame etc.) is used glued on the second face 12, with the cavity or cavities 70 and the fixing brackets. [0220] In a variant, the overmolded fixing brackets are used to fix the glazing on a vehicle element (bodywork ...), therefore, glue 91 is removed. [0221] Figure 18 represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 700 in a seventh embodiment of the invention. [0222] Pane 600 differs from pane 100 in that there is no marginal cavity in the first leaf (leaves 1 and 1 'with the pump facing the edge), eventually implying a very large lateral encapsulation. [0223] The cavity 70 in this case is blind in thickness (the bottom is formed by the encapsulation and not by the face 13 of the second sheet 1 '). [0224] In addition, the pane is no longer laminated, but a double pane with a joint 17 and a peripheral spacer (replacing the interleaved material 8), forming an insulating or vacuum pane (with other possible spacers). [0225] The masking element 15 (black enamel, for example) of the assembly on the body is located on the second face 12 and / or the face 11). [0226] This double glazing is especially suitable for buses or trains. [0227] One of the glasses can also be laminated with an additional glass. [0228] Figure 19 represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 710 in a variant of the seventh embodiment of the invention. [0229] The pane 710 differs from the previous double pane 700, - firstly by adding an additional pane 18 to form a triple pane, the first leaf 1 being the central leaf. - by the lateral positions (in relation to the injection margin 10, parallel to the injection margin 10), of the cavity 70, of the diode or bars 2, 3 and of the cover 4. Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 40/154 36/40 [0230] This triple glazing is particularly suitable for trains. [0231] Figure 19b represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 720 in another variant of the seventh embodiment of the invention. [0232] The pane 720 differs from the previous pane 710 in that the first sheet is an outer sheet and, preferably, to avoid an excessive encapsulation thickness. The cover is angled, having a facial-type extension essentially parallel to the second face and the sealing junction 5 is consequently dragged. [0233] Figure 20 represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 800 in an eighth embodiment of the invention. [0234] Pane 800 differs from pane 100 'in Figure 11b in that the functional element is single-sided, extends along one edge of the pane (without forming a frame) as shown in Figure 20b. [0235] Functional element 7 is a polymeric junction, extruded (from EPDM ...), for example, with the cavity (s) and glued on the second face 12 by glue 91 ', by a double-sided adhesive (acrylic. ..), for example. [0236] Figure 21 represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 900 in a new embodiment of the invention. [0237] Pane 900 differs from pane 100 'of Figure 11b in that the functional element has a face, having two cavities, for example, and a lid on two opposite edges as shown in Figure 21b. [0238] Functional element 7 is a metallic, plastic (EPDM ...) frame glued on the second side by glue 91 ', resin, for example, PU of one component. [0239] Figure 21ter represents a schematic elevation view of the vehicle, which can integrate the 900 window of the new modality. Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 41/154 37/40 [0240] Thus, two mobile supports 94 are used on which the frame is mounted, a concealer 95, a set fixed on the vehicle body 90, sliding the mobile supports on the set. [0241] Figure 22 represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 1010 in a tenth embodiment of the invention. [0242] Pane 1010 differs from pane 100 in that: - it is monolithic, - its attachment to the body 90 by glue 91 is on the first face 11, - the second face 12 is the outer face of the vehicle, - the encapsulation is of three faces having the masking element 15 (opaque enamel, for example) on the face 11. [0243] This is, for example, a side panel especially for cars as shown in Figure 23. [0244] In this case the lid is visible, and it also serves as an adornment piece, having a curved shape, for example, and the overmoulding has slots 84 for positioning the lid. [0245] Figure 22b represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 1020 in a variant of the tenth embodiment of the invention. [0246] The pane l1010 differs from the pane 1020 preceding in that the overmoulding has grooves to accommodate the interfacial seal junction 5. [0247] Figure 22ter represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 1030 in another variant of the tenth embodiment of the invention. [0248] Figure 22ter represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 1030 in another variant of the tenth embodiment of the invention. [0249] The pane 1010 differs from the previous pane 1020 in that the interfacial seal junction 5 is replaced by the 5 'reversible glue. Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 42/154 38/40 [0250] Figure 24 represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 2000 in an eleventh embodiment of the invention. [0251] Pane 1010 differs from pane 100 in that it - it is monolithic, - the encapsulation is of three faces with the masking element 15 (opaque enamel, for example) on the face 11. [0252] This is, for example, a vehicle rear scope, - having a luminous area 12 'on the outer face 11, therefore seen from the outside (vehicle tracking means, headlight off ...), - having a luminous zone 12 ”on the inner face 12, even to the inside, therefore. [0253] Figure 26 represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous vehicle pane 3000 in a twelfth mode of invention, [0254] Pane 3000 differs from pane 100 in that - it is monolithic, preferably plastic, polycarbonate, - the injection margin is replaced by an injection edge, therefore with the cavity 70, the bar 3 of the diodes 2, the cover 4 (essentially or integrally) on the second face 12, - overmoulding has three sides. [0255] In addition, the second face 12 comprises a marginal hole 70 '(limited in length as shown in Figure 27) extending the cavity 70. [0256] More precisely, the sheet is made of two materials, that is, it is transparent, having a black peripheral zone 1 '', used to mask the fixation (in this case associated with face 12, for example). [0257] The fixing means can be connected to the PC. [0258] It is possible to provide overmoulding of the elements punched in the PC or to drill the PC later (to allow the direct screwing of the cover inside the PC). Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 43/154 39/40 [0259] Figure 28 represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 4000 in a thirteenth embodiment of the invention. [0260] The pane 3000 differs from the pane 100 in that it - it is monolithic, - overmoulding is replaced by a PA66, PBT holder, for example, panel lift, as it is a side panel as shown in Figure 28b. [0261] Part 7 is excavated and glued to the panel by 91 'permanent glue. The fastening means are, for example, side hooks 85 that engage over notches of the piece 7. [0262] The support profile 3 and the diodes 2 'are as described in Figure 19b. [0263] Figure 29 represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 5000 in a variant of the thirteenth embodiment of the invention. [0264] Window pane 5000 differs from window pane 4000 by positioning the profile and the type of diodes and by fixing the cover (as for Figure 1). [0265] Figure 30 represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 510 in a fifteenth embodiment of the invention. [0266] Only the differences of pane 100 will be shown. [0267] The cavity of the overmoulding is of the lateral type: groove 70 in this case is single, or in a multiple variant, (for several bars of diodes, for example) and facing the margin 10 of the first sheet. [0268] Window pane 510 also differs from window pane 100 by the sealing means. In fact, the covers and the interfacial sealing elements are replaced by a (essentially) lateral resin 4 ', preferably comprising a detaching device by a wire that closes the groove 70. [0269] Finally, the profile is fixed on the inner face 13 of the second leaf (in addition to eliminating the parasitic light that comes out from above). Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 44/154 40/40 [0270] Figure 31 represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 520 in a sixteenth embodiment of the invention. [0271] Only the differences of the window pane 510 will be presented. [0272] In order to facilitate the assembly, the diode bar is fixed by gluing 6 'to an inserted part, metallic, for example, with U-section 30, forcedly assembled in the groove. [0273] Figure 32 represents a partial schematic cross-sectional view of a luminous pane for vehicle 530 in a seventeenth embodiment of the invention. [0274] Only the differences of the window pane 520 of Figure 31 will be presented. [0275] To facilitate the assembly, the diode bar is fixed by gluing 6 'to an inserted metal part, for example, having a U-section 30, forcedly mounted in the groove. [0276] The groove is partial in length as shown in Figure 32b. Petition 870190080143, of 19/08/2019, p. 45/154
